Hi guys so for the month of September I wanted to challenge myself and do the 10,000 step a day challenge, so basically everyday for the month of September you’ll need to get a least 10,000 steps a day, the more the better, at first I didn’t think that I could complete the challenge and would just give up but I did it and I’m very proud there were a few days where I didn’t complete 10,000 steps.
Some days I found it a bit more challenging, there were a few times where I had gone for walks at 11pm just so I can get some extra steps in, I had to force myself to get up and move other days I found it so easy so it just depends on the day and what I activities I was doing. Below I have included a graph of the steps I have done each other, sorry its a little hard to see
One thing I wasn’t aware of before I started the challenge was that it was suppose to start on the Monday 4th of September and finish on Sunday 1st October, I ended up starting on the 1st of September and finishing on 30th September oops oh well at the end of the day I completed it.
